HCP Talent is currently seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNS) needed for a part-time or per diem evening (2pm-10pm) or night (10pm-6am) shift position in a Long Term Care/Rehabilitation setting
Collaborating with a Skilled Nursing Facility (80 bed) in Wellsville, NY that is looking for an Registered Nurse Supervisor to join their team. The RNS plays an integral role in helping to consistently exceed expectations and set the standard for excellence in resident care.

Responsibilities & Duties Include:
· Collaborating with the DON and ADON to assess and manage the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with all relevant rules, regulations, and guidelines.
· Supervising and ensuring that all nursing services personnel are diligently following their job descriptions.
· Participating in facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies at the request of DON and ADON.
· Conducting daily rounds within the Nursing Services Department to guarantee that all nursing service personnel are delivering care in alignment with established nursing standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Valid NYS RN License
· 1 year experience in Nursing required.
· 1 year in Long Term Care preferred.
· Leadership and Communication Skills
